Hello!

I'm Chef Emme Collins.

Chef Emme, a Brazilian-born chef based in Seattle, has had a remarkable culinary journey. Raised in the restaurant industry, she honed her skills in her family's pioneering Brazilian restaurant in Seattle.

Graduating as the "Outstanding Culinarian" from the Seattle Culinary Academy, she went on to work in renowned establishments in Washington D.C. and Seattle, including under the guidance of celebrity chefs.

Emme's career evolved into private cheffing for high-profile clients before she ventured into launching her own catering company. She later revitalized her family's restaurant, infusing it with her Afro-Brazilian heritage and Pacific Northwest influences.

Emme's innovative spirit led her to create Baiana, a pop-up serving authentic Afro-Brazilian cuisine. Beyond her culinary ventures, Emme is actively involved in organizations promoting diversity and healthy eating, leaving a lasting impact on Seattle's culinary scene and beyond.

Hello!

I'm Renata Alves.

Welcome to my official music page! My name is Renata Alves and I'm thrilled to share my passion for music with you all here on this page.

I'm a passionate musician with a diverse and exciting musical journey, focused on the captivating rhythms of bossa nova, MPB, and samba.

Today, I'm especially excited to present a repertoire crafted with love, entirely dedicated to samba, featuring the best names of our Brazilian samba.

From the first chords to the stages where I performed, music has always been my greatest inspiration and joy in life.

My musical journey is a blend of influences and experiences that have shaped my unique style within these genres.

With years of practice, study, and dedication, I've delved deep into the richness and diversity of these Brazilian rhythms.

Here on this page, I aim to share with you my original music, covers of samba classics, and even some behind-the-scenes glimpses of rehearsals and recordings.

Additionally, I'll keep you updated on my upcoming shows, releases, and musical projects within these beloved styles.

I'm truly excited to be part of this musical community and I can't wait to connect with all of you through Brazilian music. So feel free to explore, share, and of course, leave your comments and suggestions.
